Manufacture hair oil# !!Personal Care Product !!
Though, manufacturing hair oil is a personal care product among human being. Some "personal
care products" meet the definitions of both “Cosmetics” and “Vegetable”
base oil. This may happen when a product has two intended for uses. For
example, Mustered Oil, Coconut oil etc., intended
for use in multipurpose.
Starting manufacturing hair oil business, need to obtain different registration and licenses from the
Govt. Authority as per state or central laws.
Here we put some
of the basic requirements for personal care product like Cosmetics and
Vegetable base oil.
- If the product falls especially under Cosmetics,
you must obtain a Licence from the
State Drugs Controller as well as
State Licensing Authority.
§ If the product falls for multiple
intended for use, then you need to get both licence from State Drugs Controller along with FSSAI Registration as well as State License authorities.

category of products.
